Deposit & Final Payment

To secure your booking:

  • A deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required.
  • The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before departure.
  • For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Some tours or special services may require a higher non-refundable deposit.

Payment Confirmation

After completing your payment, please send:

  • Booking Reference Number
  • Proof of Payment
  • Full Name

to:

Your booking will be confirmed once the payment has been verified by our finance team.

Currency

All prices are displayed in the currency stated on your booking confirmation. If payment is made in another currency, exchange rates and bank charges may apply. Any additional banking fees are the responsibility of the customer.

International Transfers

For international payments:

  • Please use the correct SWIFT Code.
  • Ensure all bank charges are paid by the sender.
  • Transfer processing may take 2–7 business days depending on your bank.

Payment Security

Jiwa Adventures does not store your credit card information. All online payments are processed through secure payment providers using industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your personal and financial information.

Refunds

Refunds are processed according to our Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy. Approved refunds will be returned using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times vary depending on the bank or payment provider. See Terms & Conditions.

Important Notice

Your booking is confirmed only after:

  • Payment has been received in full or according to the required deposit.
  • Payment has been verified by Jiwa Adventures.
  • A Booking Confirmation has been issued.
